While some of our investor prefer to remain anonymous, many have actively asked us to shout about their involvement. These Investors aren’t just investing, they are hands on advisors and partners to our portfolio. We call them Invested Advisors. Coordinated by the Tramlines Team, our highly experience Invested Advisors are brought in to deliver value to our portfolio companies.

  • Lee Allen (VP and Tech lead, Deutsche Bank)

    A 20-year career in banking, currently leading Deutsche Bank’s software engineering through complex risk, audit, compliance and bond syndication. 

  • David Arden (Senior Adviser, Capco)

    A 30-year career in banking and seasoned chief financial officer having held the role at two UK banks: Metro Bank and Sainsbury s Bank. 

  • James Cannings (Executive Chairman, QPT)

    A 25-year career in technology, including founding MMT Digital in 1999, which grew it to be one of the UK s leading technology businesses. 

  • James Crowter

    25-years of experience implementing, customising and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its predecessor Navision and the Microsoft Biz Apps stack.

  • Mark Gallagher (Chair & Founder, Pagefield)

    20-year career in communications. Founder Pagefield (£30m exit in 2024), advisor to Airbnb, British Airways, Starling Bank, the World Economic Forum, the British Royal Family and the estate of Stephen Hawking 

  • Alex Hoare (Partner, C. Hoare & Co)

    A 20-year career in asset management and private banking, including Guinness Flight (later Investec) and Brown Brothers Harriman before joining C. Hoare & Co as Partner in 2014.

  • Tony Langham (Co-Founder and Executive Chair of Lansons)

    A 35-year career in communications and PR advising governments, companies and individuals as the co-founder of Lansons and Opinium.
